| What are your shipping rates? |

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all continental US orders over $100.
Shipping rates for orders under $100 are based on the actual weight of your order. Your choices are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| When will my order ship? |

Orders shipped via Ground delivery will be shipped within two business days and will arrive for you within about seven days.
Air orders will ship the same day, but your order must be received by 3 P.M. (EST). Air orders received after 3 P.M. will ship the next business day.
Please note that we only ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day. |
| How will you ship my order? |

Most orders ship via UPS - our standard shipping is via Ground delivery, and will ship within two business days. If you need your order fast, we do offer UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day delivery. Air orders must be received by 3 P.M. (EST) to be shipped the same day. Please note that UPS will only deliver to a physical street address. If you have a PO Box or APO address, worry not! We will ship your order via USPS, but please allow up to three weeks for delivery. |
| How do I track my order? |

You will receive a Shipping Notification Email with your tracking number and will be able to track your order. If you created an account while ordering, you are also able to visit the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. |
