My shoes don't fit. Can I exchange them?
  Sure! If you find that the size you've ordered doesn't fit, there are two options.

1. Send your items back to us. We'll ship a different size to you at no extra charge! Please be sure to read our complete return policy for further details about sending things back.

2. Place a new order for the size you would like. This way we'll be able to get your new, better-fitting shoes to you faster. And once we receive your returned items, we will credit your account for the returned pair PLUS the shipping charge from the new order. (This applies to Ground shipping only). Again, please be sure to read our complete return policy for further details about sending things back.

What is your return policy?
  We'd love for every pair of shoes to be Perfect once you try them on, but we know that sometimes they just won't work. So, if you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines.

  • Returns are accepted for 180 days from the date of purchase. Yes - that's a full six months. If you would like a refund, your returned items must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase. Items returned beyond 60 days will receive store credit for the purchase price of your item.
  • There is Never a restocking fee at Sinister Soles. Period.
  • Shoes/boots which have been worn may NOT be returned. This means - if you've worn them out and around, to the mall, school, or the club, please don't send them back to us. We suggest trying on footwear on a smooth surface - carpet is ideal, but inside is a must!
  • When returning shoes, PLEASE pack your return in a box for shipping. Or at least wrap it in paper. But please, do NOT use the shoebox as your shipping box! Which means, do not tape it up and stick a shipping label on it! If you don't have a box handy or your boots are just too big to fit in anything but a Giant appliance-size box, the good old brown paper bag method works wonderfully! Just conjure memories of covering books while in school. Because, much as we hate doing this, if your shoebox arrives covered in tape and writing, we will charge a box fee and and you will not received your full refund.
  • Please be sure to include a copy of your order number/name with your return - how else will we know who to credit! :)
  • Shipping costs are not refundable unless your item is defective!
  • If by some rarity you receive a pair of shoes which is damaged, or the buckle falls off within a week of normal wear, let us know! We'll work out all those messy details with you if need be.
  • How do I return my product?
      If you need to return an item, please contact us for your return authorization number. Please include this number, along with your name with your return.  We suggest sending returns via insured mail.  Both UPS and FedEx include insurance with their standard shipping.  USPS Priority Mail is another fine option, but doesn't automatically include insurance.  We can hope that all packages make it back to us without trouble, but please know that we can't take responsibility if uninsured packages are lost in transit.
