Customer Service redeems any material flaws

When I received the shoes I wasn't expecting to full in love so quickly! The material itself is a bit stiff but I'm hoping than it softens with time. even with tights it it is enough against my heel, and with the laces constantly becoming loose if you don't tightly double knot them it can be hard to wear for long periods of time
On the positive side though, there are actually little silver sparkles on it that I never noticed in any other pictures online. This was absolutely a plus in my eyes, though some may not enjoy this as much as I do. The wings are actually removable as well which I also liked since it does add a little versatility for the shoe.
Overall the experience with the SS teamteam and the product was great, they let me know that the style may run small and offered a larger size before sending it out, as well as got back to me extremely fast when I called about a shipping question. Every time I order from SS I end up extremely happy!
